Established in 2014, the Birdlings Brewery don’t claim to be the best Brewery in New Zealand, far from it, they’re well aware of their novice status and that they haven’t quite mastered the process. The idea for the packaging was to create 12 different labels, referencing how varied and unpredictable the quality of the finished product can be.
